My overall experience with Ali was just okay. For my most recent visit at Lexus of Maplewood, I came in to get my GX470 serviced for the 195k mileage. The 195k mileage service requires the service technician/mechanic to drain/refill drive axle assembly, MPI inspection, lube drive shaft U-joint, torque body fasteners/frame fasteners/driveshaft flange yoke per the manufacturers recommendations. I did mentioned this to Ali upon check-in, and the blank look that I got on her face made me feel like I didn't know what I was asking for. So I received a 10k mileage service interval that was oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. Once my GX470 was ready for pick up, I returned the Lexus rental, and when it came time to check out, I found Ali reading her book. When I sat down in the chair across from her, she looked surprised to see someone in front of her. Anyways, the checkout process was fine.
