I'm a new car sales professional with 1 1/2 years of experience, and I'm originally from White Bear Lake. I'm a proud Iowa State University graduate. I'm passionate about selling Lexus vehicles and building lasting relationships with my clients. What my clients appreciate most is that I listen to their needs and advocate for them, helping them find the perfect car. I'm attentive and dedicated, always working hard for them. I believe in a client-first approach and am committed to going the extra mile. Outside of work, I love staying active and spending time with friends and family. Growing up, I played hockey and softball. Now, if you have any dogs, we could talk forever! I have a rescued 3-year-old pitbull. Overall, Courtney was great and our buying experience was positive. She was knowledgeable about the TX we test drove and purchased and moved things along in the negotiation portion of the deal. What I appreciated most was that she had the finance team do all of the prep work the next morning so when I came to finalize the deal and pickup the vehicle, things progressed quickly. One thing that did bother me a bit was when I messaged her to see if she could include all-weather floor mats. Shame on me for not realizing they were included with the purchase price, but Courtney passed if off like she was doing me a favor and threw them in for me. She could've easily just said "they are already included". Minor thing, but felt devious and didn't need to be.

We have been looking at different brands of cars, not sure what kind we wanted. One Saturday we walked in to Lexus not knowing alot about the these kind of vehicles. Courtney's enthusiasm and knowledge "sold" us right away. We test drove and everything she told us about the vehicle was true. She let us test drive different cars with different features so we knew which one was best for our needs. Courtney knows her vehicles and we loved her passion for car sales. She answered all our questions! She checked in with us after the sale making sure everything is going great! We love our Lexus! Thank you Courtney!
