Dan, you are the best. However, many of my friends have told me about Lexus’s great service. I’ve always purchased Lincolns. This is the first foreign car I’ve ever bought. And yes, quite the difference. I need help with how to navigate it. Your young IT was quite abrupt with me as I picked up the Lexus. I called him back, and set up an appointment. When I came to your office at the scheduled time, you told me no IT was available. No apology. You inferred, I should wait for my wife to heal (2 -3) months and come back then. I need IT help now to drive this ‘top notch’ Lexus. Do I go back to US vehicles?
