I recently purchased a 2023 Lexus RZ 450e remotely from Lexus of Maplewood as an out-of-state buyer in Colorado. I bought the car entirely based on the pictures on their website without ever seeing it in person, and it arrived in perfect condition, exactly as described. Daniel Oanes was exceptional throughout the entire process, responsive, transparent, and patient with all my questions. He went above and beyond to ensure all the paperwork was correct and the vehicle was delivered as promised. For anyone considering an out-of-state or remote purchase, Daniel and Lexus of Maplewood made it seamless and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

Dan was great to work with and very accommodating. I had not called before I went in to look for a new Lexus and yet it he made it work to take time with me that afternoon. Lexus, and particularly Dan, had been referred to me by a trusted friend and I could not be more grateful for the reference and the luck of him being on the floor when I arrived although I would have come back had he not been there! There was no pressure which I very much appreciated. As a woman there have been occasions where I was treated "less than' by a car salesman but Dan was always respectful, explained everything in detail and did everything he could to make the car purchase an enjoyable experience. And I love the car!
