Excellent. We tried one solution to my problem. When that failed, he was quick to order the part I needed, and get me scheduled for its installation. He also politely convinced me to have recall work done at the same time. It all occurred in the time frame he predicted. I hate sitting around for car maintenance, so this was very important to me.
