Doug explained in advance the cost of the requested service and the time required. He investigated the service history of the car (a transplant from New Jersey) to ensure that maintenance was consistent with factory specs. The work was done in the promised time and cost.

All of my interactions with Doug are great! He knows what he is doing and, he's on top of the entire service process. He's great detail man. Pays attention to the small stuff as well as the super important. It's why I drive to Maplewood to service my RX rather than just take my vehicle to the dealership in Wayzata. The people you deal with make a world of difference. Lexus of Maplewood is a great dealership and, the management there is smart. They only hire high value individuals. I'll be back in Maplewood Each and every time I need service or maintenance.
